Sometimes, people click that option accidentally. That's why we make it easy to "hide" Folio from accounts you don't want to use it on. We know you use many email accounts, and don't want Folio on all of them. If Folio is still not showing up after reinstalling, try resetting Folio's settings, in case it was accidentally "hidden". Refresh and open Gmail - does Folio load then? The extension could be hidden on Chrome Go to and log out if you are signed in, then log back in again. Have you signed in and out of your account recently?Ĭlose all other email windows and Folio screens. All of your account information will be there once you've added it back. If you still don't see Folio listed there, the extension hasn't been installed on that computer. If you are using Chrome, and you're not seeing the Folio icon on that bar (as per the screenshot above), click on the puzzle piece icon. Much like a phone app, Folio needs to be installed on each computer you wish to use it on, and can only be used while viewing Gmail on the Chrome Browser. Is Folio installed on the computer you're using? Has Folio disappeared from Gmail, or is our sidebar not loading? There are a few things you can quickly check.
